Lets get PHYSICAL!

Buying a treadmill was the best thing Ive ever done... I have more energy than Ive had in a long time and not as stressed as I use to be :)

I do need to find a tv to watch while I work out bc ive noticed that I do get bored rather quickly, I try not to think about it while im on it but somedays I cant wait to get off and so something else. With the warm weather coming I have a feeling Ill be taking Justice for walks @ night and doing the treadmill in the am before work.

If anyone has songs that I could add to my workout playlist, Id greatly appreciate the input :)

30lbs down... 50 to go :)

Vacations over :( and now its time for the real work to begin.. So much easier to be on a diet while in NYC with all the walking and sightseeing to be done, we would occasionally skip meals(oops dont tell my dr ;)) Now that Im back working 40hrs a week, I find it harder to stay on track... Ive been packing healthier meals and snacks but the carbs keep SCREAMING my name and begging me to eat them :( sometimes I wish they had a "shock collar" on them so if and when im tempted to eat them it would remind me to stay away!!!

My treadmill comes tomorrow afternoon and come hell or high water I will be putting it together after meeting my new nutrionist( we'll see how that goes.. I find it hard to trust someone who tells me what to eat whose never been fat, I know its a twisted sense of thinking but thats how ive always been)...

Things are a changing, might be slower than Id hoped but its good to know that I have the support of my close friends and family to cheer me along as I make my way to a healthier happier me :)
